Ok, I'm not going to say that you are wrong, because God knows that the war needed to happen. People who convince themselves that everything can be solved by talking are as deluded as hell. To put something into perspective for those operating on a more modern system, the fat man hosting our argument is 15. He's 6 foot and weighs 91 kilos, claims to bench press 97.5KG and can apparently squat 170KGs. To give you a relevant thing, most of you will know me, I'm michaels boss. I'm 5'10" (no I'm not the tall poof!) I weigh anywhere from 65 - 75 kilos. Most people will recognise me as appearing quite small. I can bench press a little over 130KGs on a bar, roughly 150 on a lever system. My right shoulder has been dislocated twice, at my peak (when I was about 18) I was benching just shy of 200 on a bar. I don't bother doing squats as it's bad for your back, I use a leg press with full lay back (actually harder on the muscles than doing real squats, but requiring no balance) I can currently leg press 400pounds (181KG) to 35 reps. Despite not having done any serious physical training in the last 3 years.
